Race and Festival Times

Race Start: 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday

Saturday Festival: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday Festival: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

ATTENTION: THERE IS NO PARKING ON-SITE! Please utilize the shuttles, our bicycle corrals, or external parking.

Free Shuttle Information

There are FREE Shuttles from the Auraria Campus to the festival. Pay to park at the 5th Street Garage, Cherry, or Elm Lot.

The address for 5th Street Garage is 1351 5th St. Denver, CO 80204.

Shuttle Times: 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, and 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday

Please note that none of the parking fee goes to Colorado Dragon Boat. It is a payment that Auraria charges and keeps. To help fund our free shuttles, please donate at www.cdbf.org/donate.

Shuttle Service

The shuttle on Saturday operates from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and runs every 20-30 minutes.

Bicycle Corrals

Bicycle corrals will be available. Please check our sitemap for locations.

Our bicycle corrals are operated by our nonprofit partners. This is their organization’s fundraiser, so please make sure to donate! The suggested donation is $5 or more.

Sheridan RTD Light Rail

The Sheridan RTD Light Rail is a 25 minute walk to the festival.

Ride Share

For rideshare, the drop-off location is at the corner of Sheridan Boulevard and W Byron Pl.

ADA Onsite Parking

Please note that there is limited “first come, first serve” ADA parking onsite available. Please contact info@cdbf.org for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions and Festival Guidelines

    • All bags are subject to search. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

    • No Smoking and Vaping - Tobacco and THC

    • No Grills or Grilling

    • No Personal Tents or Large Umbrellas

    • No Pets - It's too hot and crowded for our furry friends

    • No man powered vehicles. this includes: bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates inside the festival grounds - bicycle lock up corrals will be available to park your bicycle

    • No Drones

    • No Outside Alcohol or Glass containers

    • No Weapons of any kind - firearms, knives, mace, etc

    • No swimming or wading in the lake

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. It is too hot and crowded for our furry friends. The water is unhealthy for them to drink and wade in. They will appreciate being left at home.

    • Wear sunscreen and bring a hat. There are shady spots, but much of the festival has direct sunlight.

    • Drink lots of water. This is one of the hottest festivals of the summer.

  • Yes! We have a medical tent on site by our Taste of Asia West Food Court. Please refer to the festival map to locate it.

  • Lost and found is located at Volunteer HQ. Please refer to the Festival Map to locate it.
