Are we allowed to wear rafting sandals for the dragon boat races? Most of our team has expensive sandals with straps on the heels. These are normally allowed at any American Dragon Boat Race. Thank you.

Thanks for asking. No, we do not want you to wear open-toed sandals. The lake we are racing on has a lot of debris on the beach. We just do not want to take any chances.
