· Cultural Unity Stage - Hip Hop, martial arts, & drumming stage
Set up and take-down the area and assist with performances throughout the day.
· Dragon Boat Races
Assist with Team Registration, team loading and offloading boats, assist on the starting line, as timers, as record keepers, flag-setters (ride jet skis), etc.
· Explore Asia - Cultural Demonstration & Stage Area
Set-up and take-down the area, and with demonstrators throughout the day. Volunteers with stage knowledge are needed to manage the stage.
· Festival Ambassadors/Information Booth
Offer info & Program Book to guests (Festival resource guide provided), distribute/collect guest surveys.
· Pacific Gateway - Cultural Demonstration Area & Stage Area
Set up and take down the area and assist the demonstrators throughout the day.
· Marketplace
Assist the food vendors and exhibitors at the event, meet and greet in the Candidates Booth, conduct surveys and evaluations.
· Performing Arts - Main Performance Stage
Help with sound checks, back stage area, stage decor, dressing rooms, and assisting performers.
· Production
Assist with the setup of signs, banners, tables, chairs and more on Friday and Saturday. During cleanup on Sunday evening, volunteers will help take down signs/banners, remove décor items and pack up supplies.
· Public Safety - Parking, traffic, and transportation.
Assist at parking lots and drop off points throughout the park.
· Volunteer Coordination
Assist with check-in, assignments, resources, supplies, and offering breaks to volunteers.
