It’s here: Today is the 2nd Annual Colorado Gives Day!

It’s the best day of the year to support your favorite non-profit organizations, including CDBF, because 100% of donations goes to the organization… and then some! Thanks to FirstBank, which has created an Incentive Fund in conjunction with Colorado Gives Day, every donation will be increased by a formula. Plus, other businesses and foundations are sponsoring “Bonus Gifts” at random throughout today, so individual donations will be increased by various amounts. What a great way to support the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival!

Last year, $8.7 million was donated to Colorado charities on Colorado Gives Day, even though only $1 million was expected. This year, let’s make Colorado Gives Day a huge success so it becomes an annual tradition and a cornerstone of fundraising for charities statewide.
