The 2019 Colorado Dragon Boat Festival Raffle is a way for the attendees to participate in a fun and exciting game of chance while giving back to Dragon 5280, the non-profit organization that runs the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival! The funds raised by the raffle also goes towards our other programs that we offer to the community, including our Emerging Leaders Program, a free, young professional executive leadership program, our Dragon Film Festival, and other pop up events!
