Oct 14 - March 7: Returning Performer Applications open
Feb 1 - April 6: New Performer/Standard Applications open
Tuesday, March 31: Returning Performer Notification with Stage Selection/Schedule

Early May: Tentative Schedule Notification
Monday, May 18: Last day to confirm schedule slot
Monday, June 29: Last day to upload parking/loading pass form, merch table form, and sign performer agreements

- Performers will receive parking passes, and important safety and event changes information
- Meet at dark green Boat House (next to East Food Vendor Court)
- Bring a potluck or snack item

1. 2020 Performer Agreement - Upload by Monday, June 29. This will be emailed to your primary contact via Docusign.
- Performer Agreement Exhibit C - Page 9 of Agreement. Everyone who is performing on stage must be listed here.
- Must be signed by a member/representative who has the authority to sign on behalf of your group by Monday, June 29.
- Each performer / performing group will receive ONE (1) parking pass
- Plus extra temporary loading passes for every additional five performers
- The form IS NOT your pass. You will receive your official pass after completing the required July performer meeting.
- This allows you to distribute performer information or sell merchandise at a small table in front of the stage during your performance. Must be approved by the festival staff. Any groups planning to sell must have a Colorado sales tax license.

July 25: Saturday Festival Schedule
Parking/Loading Pass - Arrive up to 1.5 before your performance
Parking Pass expires 2.5 hours after your performance
Loading Pass expires 30 minutes from start of loading time
NO PARKING ON W. BYRON. STREET MUST STAY CLEAR FOR EVACUATION ROUTES.
THERE WILL BE ACTIVE TOWING/TICKETING.

Auraria Campus - $5 self pay, free shuttle to Sloan's Lake

FESTIVAL PREP
1. Arrive early before the festival! 30-40 minutes recommended for drivers parking at Auraria Campus.
2. Bring trash bags or tarp to protect valuable costumes, instruments, and equipment in case of rain!
3. Be prepared for hot weather! Please note that if you are not wearing shoes your stage may be hot or rough on your feet! Water provided at your stage - stay hydrated!
4. Bring back up devices for any recorded music in case of technical difficulties at your stage - ipods and laptops recommended!
