Our family immigrated to Colorado from Vietnam, and in doing so we wanted to bring some of our Eastern culture and share it in the United States. We decided that the best way to do this was to start a small retail store. From this store, we felt we were able to give the people of Colorado a taste and feel of our culture without ever having to visit or travel to Asia. We are now able to showcase merchandise from our homeland and share it with our customers. This is the basic concept of how Truong An Gifts sprouted from a simple wish into the first Asian department store in Colorado. It was an instant success.
