Part of the fun of attending the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival is the chance to see and taste the food and the arts and crafts that make Asian Pacific American culture so special!
Each year, our Asian Marketplace has grown and become a center of commerce for the artisans who display their wares, the organizations that set up booths and distribute information, and of course, the restaurants who cook up the world-hopping delights of the Taste of Asia Food Court.
In 2007, we had 80 vendors serving 100,000 spectators. When the festival began in 2001, there were only 32 booths total, including only 5 were food vendors (they were overwhelmed by the response, and most ran out of food before the day was over).
If you're interested in displaying your goods, food, company or non-profit at the 8th annual Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, the 2008 Vendor Application Form will be available on Jan. 16.
