"Little animals, funny hats, flowers, something useful, something clever, forms of transportation, if you have a good idea, I'll develop it, and there will be a new trick that's truly original." If it's animals they want,  "dogs, cats, rats, elephants, monkeys, giraffes, teddy bears, bunny rabbits, you name it, I'll make it, imaginary or extinct." Bongo the Balloon Man will be performing his artistry daily at the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival from 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
