Each year during the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, we hold a Culinary Contest that celebrates the best Asian cuisine that's served up at the festival. Celebrity judges taste all the vendors in the Taste of Asia food courts, and make their decision on Saturday.
This year, the judges were Jeff Osaka, chef and owner of twelverestaurant; Mary Nguyen, chef and owner of Parallel 17 and Street Kitchen Asian Bistro; and Lori Midson, Cafe Society and Food Editor for Westword.
